Do you have a minimum order limit?
Here at Regina Center we do mostly whole sale items as it is hard to send one or two specialized items. We ask that if you order something that you have a minimum of 10 items.
Yes. We expect our customers to incure all shipping expenses. These prices can be found here.
For your information, airmail should take 7-10 days, SAL takes up to 1 month and surface travel takes up to 3 months.
Is there a cost for shipping?
To order the items you see on the site, you can email us or simply hit the contact button on the top right. From there you can let us know which items you would like (along with the stlye, color, or size prefecence when needed).

How do I order the items?
The Regina Center employees are paid fair living wages. Their saleries go to bettering themselves and their families, including sending their children to school and learning how to make thier own business.
Our Center is not a member of any fair trade organizations; however some of our fine retailers carry the fair trade label. Our products are featured on The Fair Trade Federation's Website due to our retailers membership.

Where do your profits go?
The Regina Center runs a wholesaling opperation. If you would like to buy our products please visit our retailers.
Our fine retailers include Handcrafting Justice, ISAN Bangkok, The Trading Circle, Sharing Fair Europe
Can I buy just one of something?
We do custom orders of all kinds. We can make custom bags, cloths, embrioderies, and screen prints. please go to the contact page and ask us for more details.

Do you have a retail store I can come to?
We have a store at the Regina center in Nongkhai, Thailand. We are located at 916 Prachak Rd Nongkhai 43000.
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30am-5pm with an hour lunch break at 12pm.

In order to protect the sales of our customers, we keep the prices for those serious about selling our items. Please ask us if you would like to have access to our prices and we will give you the password.
How do I see the prices?
